Description: The purpose of this RFP is to establish a competitive, single award, convenience contract for the as needed purchase of Office Supplies, Equipment and Related Services. The bid is for direct delivery to all Moffat County Departments through out the City of Craig. The office supplies include, but are not limited to, items such as pens, pencils, binders, file folders, labels, paper pads, staples, correction tape, toner cartridges, ink cartridges, binder clips, ect.

The successful contractor will be responsible for monitoring the contract sales/order activity and informing the Administration Department of product alternatives to ensure continuous cost savings to the County during the term of the contract.
