The Eddy County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, in the Office of the County Manager, Room 110, Eddy County Administration Complex, 101 W. Greene, Carlsbad, New Mexico 88220, (575) 887-9511. This project is referenced as the Artesia Meal Site Walking Trail and is being bid out in bid lots. Order of priority is: walking trail, irrigation/sprinkler system, benches, picnic table, trash receptacles and sodding to be constructed at the Artesia Meal Site Center located at 1313 Gilchrist Street, Artesia, NM 88210. The bids will be opened immediately after closing time on May 5, 2010 in Room 110 of the Eddy County Administration Complex. The bid will be awarded in an open meeting of the Eddy County Commission at 8:30 a.m. on May 18, 2010 in the Commission Chambers located in the Eddy County Administration Complex, 101 W. Greene, Carlsbad, NM 88220. Bid specifications can be picked up at the Eddy County Administration Complex, emailed or faxed. Questions regarding this bid should be directed to Yvonne A.
