BID NO: B-10-04 AMENDED
The Eddy County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for one new current production model Smooth Drum Vibratory Compactor. until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, for the Eddy County Road Department, in the Office of the County Manager, Suite 110 of the Eddy County Administrative Building Complex, 101 W. Greene Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico 88220, telephone number (575) 887-9511, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The successful bids will be awarded by the County Commission at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, in the Commission Chambers, Suite 211, 101 W. Greene Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico. Bid specifications may be obtained from the Office of the County Manager. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, and in case of ambiguity or lack of clearness, to determine the best bid or to reject the same. Questions concerning these specifications may be directed to Eddy County Road Superintendent Frank Weldon at (575) 885-4835, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sealed bids must be clearly marked with the above bid number on the lower left-hand corner.
